- Put toothpaste on brush head, wet, apply to teeth.
- Turn power on to your preferred mode & brush along the gumline with a 1cm stroke, so the bristles only move a few millimeters on the teeth (this reduces abrasion and wear on your teeth and gums).
- Stop brushing and push the bristles into the gaps for approx. 1 second using a jabbing/poking action. Try to feel the bristles getting into the gaps between your teeth, almost like a toothpick.
